We work from the Brightlands Campus in Venlo, but you don't have to be there every day. Hybrid is the standard. What counts is that you're available for your clients in your service window, and that you take end-responsibility for your files.

You get a regular base of ~40-50 entrepreneurs you guide — from receipt processing to annual accounts. Experience with Snelstart, Jortt or Moneybird is a plus.
For complex matters — tax strategy, BV structures, objections and appeals. You work with your accountant colleagues on client cases. SVA or register status is a plus.
Specially for our starters clients. You guide entrepreneurs who just started — from legal entity choice to first income tax return. Empathy and explanation skills matter more than experience.
First-line support for all incoming questions via WhatsApp, phone and email. You work closely with Henk (the chatbot) to ensure clients get help fast.
