These terms apply to every offer, quote and agreement. Deviations only when in writing. Client's own terms (e.g. purchasing terms) are explicitly rejected.
Quotes are non-binding until acceptance. The agreement is formed when you accept — in writing, digitally or via our online application. From that moment these terms bind you. Specific services like incorporation use separate engagement letters.
Rates are listed on the Pricing page and in our quote calculator. All amounts exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions are monthly cancellable unless otherwise agreed (e.g. starter rate). Cancel by emailing klanten@boekhoudlive.nl, by phone or via your portal. On cancellation: current month invoiced in full; pending filings completed at normal rate; full data export within 30 days; software licenses end (you can take them over directly).
We deliver to the best of our ability and according to NBA, NOAB and Wwft (anti-money laundering) standards. You get a personal accountant; we are live-reachable in your chosen support window; filings go to you for approval before submission; deadlines are met provided you supply documents on time.
For good work we need timely input from you: monthly delivery of receipts, invoices and bank statements; immediate notice of changes (address, partners, IBAN); responses to our questions within reasonable time (usually 7 days for filings); approval of returns within 5 business days. Late delivery may impact deadlines and any tax penalties are at your expense.
Snelstart/Jortt/Moneybird/Exact Online usage rights are included in your monthly price; the account is in our name and managed by us. License ends with the subscription — you can transfer to a direct license at that point.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid out by our professional liability insurance, with a minimum equal to one monthly invoice and a maximum of the past 12 monthly invoices combined. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, lost-revenue or immaterial damages, nor for errors stemming from incorrect/incomplete input. Tax penalties from late client delivery are at client's expense. Gross negligence and intent fall outside this limitation. Claims must be submitted within 1 year of reasonable discovery of damage.
Everything you share with us is confidential. We share only with our processors (under DPA), authorities when legally required (Tax Authority, FIU under Wwft), and third parties with your explicit consent. Confidentiality survives termination.
Tell your accountant directly or email klanten@boekhoudlive.nl. We acknowledge within 5 business days, resolve within 30 days. Otherwise: court (see article 13).
We may update these terms. Material changes: 30 days advance notice via email. Disagreement allows cancellation as of the change date.
Dutch law applies exclusively. Disputes go to the competent court in Rotterdam, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.
