1. Who we are
Boekhoudlive is a trade name of Triban Online Group B.V., located at Weena 690, 3012 CN Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 93458649. We help entrepreneurs with online bookkeeping, tax filings, BV incorporation and tax advice — with live support from a personal accountant.

2. What data we collect
If you're a client
- Company details (trade name, KvK number, VAT, address, legal form)
- Contact details (name, phone, email)
- Financial administration (invoices, receipts, bank statements, annual accounts, returns)
- ID documentation for BV incorporation (notary and KvK only)
- Communication via WhatsApp, email, phone or chat with Henk
- Henk conversations (anonymous): chats with our AI chatbot Henk are stored anonymously (no IP, no contact details, only a random session ID) to improve Henk and understand what questions people have. Henk never asks for personal data — that's what the application funnel is for.
If you're not yet a client
- Application form data (name, email, phone, company, BANT info)
- Conversations with Henk (our AI chatbot) and our advisors
Anyone visiting the site
- Functional cookies (session, language, cookie consent)
- Analytics (only with consent — anonymized)
- Marketing pixels (only with consent — Meta, LinkedIn)
3. Why we collect it
- To deliver our services — bookkeeping, filings, advice, incorporation
- To communicate with you
- To process administration in software (Snelstart, Jortt, Moneybird, Exact Online)
- To file returns with the Dutch Tax Authority
- To meet legal retention obligations (7-year tax law)
- To keep the site secure and improve our service
- To show relevant ads (only with consent)

8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the rights to: access, rectification, erasure (subject to retention obligations), restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Email privacy@boekhoudlive.nl — we respond within 30 days.
9. Complaints
Talk to us first. If we can't resolve it, contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
10. Changes
We may update this notice. Material changes are emailed.
